Product development, technology, and community investment spur growth of 50 new partnerships.
With over 55 years of experience in credit cards and payments, Elan Credit Card expanded its credit card servicing in the United States with 50 new partnerships and the potential to service an additional 2 million new cardholders across more than 850 branches.
“This year presented new challenges for our industry, but we are proud of what we provided and launched this year for our partners and their customers,” said Partnership Development Market Director, Matthew Carpenter.
“From technology and fraud enhancements to new high-value travel cards and servicing platforms, our focus is always on enhancing the cardmember experience and ensuring our program remains competitive with national issuers,” Carpenter added.
Elan believes our partnerships go beyond credit card servicing, which is why we launched our charitable giving initiative in 2022 to support the neighborhoods of our credit card partners. One of the most rewarding efforts of this initiative is the opportunity to volunteer alongside our partners in their communities. In 2023, Elan donated more than $600,000 and our employees gave 180 hours across five volunteer events.
We look forward to supporting our partners in 2024 and continuing our commitment to the communities they serve.
